How the Partnership Programme Works

There are three ways that we work with our partners.

1. Advice and support

We exchange advice, support, and industry knowledge in our area with our partners. This includes sharing events, articles, and opportunities that we think our partners may benefit from.

2. Referrals

When working with a client, if we identify that they have a need that one of our partners can assist with, we will make an introduction and then the two parties can work together independently of The Birchester Group. Our partners then do the same and introduce The Birchester Group when working with a client who might benefit from our services.

3. Collaboration

When working on a larger project, if there is the need for specialist advice or services, we collaborate with our partners to deliver a joined up service to the client without having to run a separate project.

Our Partnership Programme

The Birchester Partnership Programme works with other service providers to provide complementary services to our clients. We collaborate, share knowledge & advice, and refer our clients to each other when we spot a client need that could be met by one of our partners.

We both have clients who we are providing our services to. As organisations have many complex needs, it is likely that there may be other needs that could be addressed by our partners which can lead to more wide-ranging benefits for our clients. Not only will we be able to meet the needs that our client has asked us to meet, we will also be able to help them to address needs that we are not equipped to meet.

Who the Partnership Programme is For

The Birchester Group partner with other professional services organisations who provide their services to SME’s. This could include accountants, IT service providers, consultancies, coaches, designers, developers, and any other B2B service providers.

How to Get Started

Trust is the cornerstone to our partnerships as we want you to be fully confident that referring us to your clients will result in positive outcomes for them.

If you are interested in joining the Partnership Programme, the first step is to have a conversation so that we can ensure that we are the right fit for you and your clients, and that you are the right fit for The Birchester Group.

We want to be able to demonstrate the value that we can deliver, so we may be able to address an issue or process for you for free so that you can experience what it is like to work with us and the value we can deliver. This will also create a case study for your clients.

Costs and Referral Commission

There is no cost to joining the Partnership Programme.

Community is really important to us at The Birchester Group and so we don’t charge for advice and support but share it freely with our partners.

If you introduce us to a client who decides to work with us, we will pay you a percentage of our final fee as a thank you.

If we collaborate on a project, compensation for your services will be agreed based on the project and work involved.
