Our Services

It is important to us that our clients are confident that the service that we provide is right for you and that you know what the outcome of our engagement will be. We try to be as transparent as possible and for this reason, our fees are outlined on our website for our main packages so that you know exactly what to expect.

To reduce the risk to our clients, we do not charge a fixed upfront fee for our main two packages. Instead, we charge a percentage of the savings that we identify during our efficiency analysis. This means that if your organisation is already very efficient or if we don't find many inefficiencies, you won't pay for a service that you have not benefited from.

There are three packages that we offer depending on the service you require.

  • Package: The Efficiency Package

  • Objective: Ideal for when your main focus is operational efficiency. We identify where time or money is being wasted and identify solutions that allow you to turn costs into profits.

  • Cost: We charge 15% of the total savings that we identify.*

  • Duration: Duration will be dependant on the size of the organisation but we estimate that most engagements will be completed within 4-6 weeks.

  • Return on Investment: Once you have implemented our suggestions, you will have made our fee back in under eight weeks. Everything from week nine onwards is profit for the business.

  • Package: The Efficacy Package

  • Objective: Our most comprehensive package. We deliver everything in The Efficiency Package and also look at effectiveness across the whole organisation. This includes strategic areas such as:

    • Alignment of business activities with effective values, ethics, vision, strategy & objectives

    • Effectiveness of leadership and organisational culture

    • Position and reputation in the market

    • Strategic opportunities for growth

  • And operational areas such as:

    • Efficiency, effectiveness, and value for money

    • Risks, mitigation, resilience, and readiness for change

    • Organisational structure, roles & responsibilities, processes and consistency across teams

    • Use of systems and technology

    • Effectiveness of procedures, policy, guidance & governance

    • Use of data for reporting & planning

  • Cost: We charge 25% of the total savings that we identify.*

  • Duration: Duration will be dependant on the size of the organisation but we estimate that most engagements will be completed within 6-10 weeks.

  • Return on Investment: Once you have implemented our suggestions, you will have made our fee back in thirteen weeks. Everything from week fourteen onwards is profit for the business.

  • Package: Bespoke

  • Objective: Ideal for singular small projects focusing on either the effectiveness or efficiency of a specific process or activity.

  • Cost: Bespoke projects are quoted individually based on the estimated time and complexity of the project.

  • Duration: Duration will be dependant on the project but as bespoke projects are usually smaller in nature, we estimate that most projects will be completed within 1-3 weeks.

  • Return on Investment: Return on investment for bespoke projects is dependant on the objectives of the project. We aim to ensure that clients receive a return on investment within a maximum of three months after implementing our recommendations.

*Efficiency savings are calculated as the total amount of time and money saved over the course of a year following implementation. VAT is not included in this calculation.
